Seafood waitress taped ‘too fresh’ boss: suit

A crafty waitress being sexually harassed by her boss at a Greek restaurant in Astoria turned the tables and taped his unwanted advances on her cellphone, court papers charge.

Samanta Viskovic, 32, began waitressing at the Oceano Greek Seafood Restaurant in May 2009 and within days was flooded with sexual innuendoes, the suit says.

Athanasios Papaspiros continuously suggested that he was “crazy” for his new employee, who constantly told him “his conduct was unwelcome,” reads the suit, filed yesterday in Queens Supreme Court.

Viskovic, 32, “requested that he never do it again,” according to the lawsuit.

After months of lewd comments about his sexual fantasies and many pleas to stop the harassment, the waitress could not take it anymore and recorded one of the many encounters she claims to have suffered daily.

“I want to give you something,” Viskovic’s lawyer, Matthew Blit, claims he transcribed from her Nokia phone after Paspiros called her into the restaurant’s storage room.

“No, no, no, no,” her lawyer alleges she stated on the recording as Papaspiros restrained her arms and kissed her.

Papaspiros’ lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment.
